You just have to believe, have faith. Wrong in fact the bible is very clear that he way to Heaven isn't that easy. I get asked all the time "if I was a Christian and killed someone and practised sin I am just forgiven?" Many people would say yes, but no. This concept is wrong, not only is it wrong it's vital we know this because there is a place that is very real and it's worse than Hell.

People who do practice evil and declare that they are Christians do not go to heaven at all, nor do they ever get a chance to try and amend themselves. Mathew 23:27-33. Be wary that Mathew 33 dose says "How will you escape being condemned to Hell" (NIV). However, there are two versions of Hell; Gehenna, and Hell. These are further explained in the next chapter. The Hell referred in this section is Gehenna.

Sometimes Christians practice so much evil that they are beyond repentance. Hebrews 10:26-27. So to recap people are not just saved by believing, you have to imitate Jesus. But that doesn't lay down exactly who goes to Heaven. In fact, the Bible gives us an exact number of how many people go to Heaven, it even gives us a hint of what tribes these people come from.

 

Drum roll, the answer is 144, 000. Yes, that's right. Not many is it? So where did we get this number from? Revelations 14, these people were redeemed from the earth. In fact, the criteria for getting to Heaven is so slim that Jesus ever says that Abraham, Moses, Job and David didn't get into Heaven. Acts 2:34, but that talks about David so how do we know that the other arent in Heaven? Jesus says that no man had ascended into Heaven, Jhon 3:13. So what they're in Hell? If your thinking they're in Hell you're correct!

So, good Christians go to Heaven but it's very slim that even God's loyal people didn't get in. Yes, but Hell isn't that bad. It will be explained in the next chapter, but yes. Im going to Hell, the pope is going to Hell, the nicest person you know is going to Hell. See you in Hell, actually, we won't only because we don't have the ability to see in Hell. 

So why believe in God and be loyal if we are all going to Hell? Well firstly he is your creator and if you're only going to worship him for Heaven than that's just sad. You might go to Hell but it's just like being asleep, Gehenna is a place to absolute torcher. You don't want to go there, so be good kids. Nah, but seriously Gehenna is very bad and it's eternal, unlike Hell. 

 

See if you're in Hell you will come back to the Earth for one of two things, judgement, or live in paradise. Imagine a scale, those who were truly bad and hypocrites will go on one side, good people will go on another. Those really bad people go straight to Gehenna a horrible place, others even if they weren't/were Christians go to Hell.

Job 14:13-15, talks about the resurrection to paradise, the new Earth. Revelations 20:6 talks about the first resurrection, those who go to Heaven. In fact, there is a huge bunch of bible verses about the resurrection: Jhon 5:28,9, Jhon 14:14,15, are some examples.

So there are those who were faithful and are saved through Jesus and are in Hell when Jesus returns they will go to Paradise. So what about the others? They get a chance, this is the second resurrection.  All the faithful people in Hell will ascend to be with God and Jesus. Others in Hell will also come back to the earth. Every single person will know that Jesus is real because they will see him, Revelations 1:7. But no one will know when he will return.
